By using www.piscopogardens.com website (“the website”) you automatically consent to be bound by the herein terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, on behalf of yourself and others who use the website under your account. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the website. Your use of any of the website is subject to any additional rules, policies, and terms that apply from time to time.
Availability of goods:
Whilst we aim to supply high quality products with clear and concise guidelines on aftercare, some goods or products may be unavailable, vary from the picture on the website or be offered for a limited time.
Completion of orders:
Orders made through the website are accepted at our sole discretion and are typically accepted if the goods are available and if payment has been received. We make a distinction between plants and non-life items. We will deliver plants as soon as possible or when they are ready for planting.
Delivery dates specified on the website are approximate and can change at our sole discretion. We will always strive to contact you where delivery dates cannot be met and where a delay is due to be more than 14 consecutive days.
We do not accept liability for products lost or damaged in transit or once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Plants are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, (other than plants as outlined above), our Customer Care will gladly accept your items within 15 days of your purchase date for a refund.
All returns are to be made at Piscopo Gardens Ltd., Triq Tony Camilleri Burmarrad, SPB 9063, Malta.
Currently, we can only accept returns for products purchased on piscopogardens.com. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please expect 10 days from the time we receive your return to when your refund is processed and received. The original delivery costs will not be refunded. For purchases made through the shop, please return to the original place of purchase.
If you would prefer other items, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange.
Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 15 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Items that are returned without including a copy of your purchase receipt.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Items which are used and/or not in their original packaging.
- Items sold at a ‘sale price’ at the time of purchase.
- Instances of abuse of this return policy.
The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Piscopo Gardens Ltd.
Our FREE Loyalty card is a virtual card and it is a scheme launched to give our customers additional benefits when shopping at Piscopo Gardens.
You can apply at Customer Care Desk or Cash Desk. The loyalty card works using points (1€ = 100 points). Customers earn points on every purchase they make, which can then be redeemed at any time as you buy or let the points accumulate for that “special purchase”.
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, BOV Mobile Pay or also by direct Bank transfer.
Payment will be made at the time of purchase. If, for whatever reason there is a problem with payment authorization, a member of our customer care team will contact you for further instruction and information.
Transactions are made securely through a third party, featuring the latest authentication techniques such as encryption, tokenisation, and real-time fraud screening.
Card details will never be passed through our infrastructure and will never be visible to any internal or external personnel. We will never sell your data and we promise to keep your details as safe as possible.

Changes to website; Amendments:

Your rights under this terms and conditions will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, Piscopo Gardens Ltd. may immediately revoke your access to the website. The company’s to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance of these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
Governing law and Jurisdiction:
The parties irrevocably agree that the Courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises in connection with the use of our website “www.piscopogardens.com”
Any dispute or claim arising in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malta.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR PENSION SCHEME OFFER
- The Pension Scheme offers a 10% discount EVERY Thursday between 9am and 6pm on all live plants and “Nicoli” branded pots to all persons on a pension and/or aged 60+.
- Persons who qualify for this scheme may be requested to show their identity card as proof to the cashier to benefit from this scheme.
- Piscopo Gardens Ltd. reserves the right to amend and/or terminate the scheme without prior notice.
- The scheme is only valid on Thursday between 9am and 6pm.
- The scheme is not connected to any other ongoing scheme or offer.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR MONTHLY PET SHOP OR GARDEN CENTER OFFERS
- Garden Center refers to Piscopo Gardens Ltd. and any other outlets related to the same company.
- Pet Shop refers to the Piscopo Gardens Pet Shop Burmarrad and Village Pets Zabbar.
- Offers are valid for the period of one month and are changed and/or renewed on a monthly basis.
- If the month is finished the offers pertaining to that particular month are no longer valid and normal recommended retail prices will apply.
- Returns of opened or damaged products will not be accepted.
- Returns of discounted items will not be accepted once the offer period is finished.
- Offers are exclusive to Piscopo Gardens Ltd, The Piscopo Gardens Pet Shop Burmarrad & Village Pets Zabbar.
- Offer prices may not be transferred to other products that are not on offer.
- Offers can be found in-store, and can be viewed on our social media pages and digital magazine.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR EVENTS & OUTINGS AT PISCOPO GARDENS LTD.
- Events are organised by Piscopo Gardens Ltd.
- Children of all ages are to always be accompanied by an adult or parental guardian at all time.
- Piscopo Gardens Ltd. is not responsible for any loss of property, damages, allergies or injuries sustained during any events or outings at Piscopo Gardens Ltd.
- Customers may organize or attend events or outings at Piscopo Gardens at their own risk.
- Customers who attend events or outings organised by Piscopo Gardens Ltd. may incur a fee for supplies, food, drinks, setup etc. This will be communicated prior to the event or outing.

By purchasing from Piscopo Gardens Ltd., The Piscopo Gardens Pet Shop or Village Pets – Zabbar (“The Seller”) you automatically consent to be bound by the herein terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, on behalf of yourself and others who purchase from the seller. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not purchase from the seller. When purchasing from the seller you or others purchasing in your name may be subject to any additional rules, policies, and terms that apply from time to time.
These terms & conditions apply to a specific event named the ‘Black Friday Sale’ or also known as ‘The Event’. ‘The Event’ will take place from Friday the 20th of November 2023 until Sunday the 26th of November 2023. ‘The Seller’ will be open from 9 am until 6 pm on all 7 days mentioned above.
- Availability of goods:

All items offered in the ‘Black Friday Sale’ or also known as ‘The Event’ are for sale displaying different discount percentages. All items on display during ‘The Event’ are valid until stocks last. Once the items are sold, they can / will not be replaced.
- Discount Percentages:
‘The Event’ discount percentages will range between 20% to 50% off across all the items available for sale during ‘The Event’. All items will be marked with the appropriate signage showing the level of discount allocated and cannot be discounted further.
Returns on sale items discounted specifically for ‘The Event’ will not be accepted. Items should be inspected thoroughly by the client prior to purchase.

- Loyalty Scheme:
Loyalty scheme points may not be used/redeemed to purchase discounted items during ‘The Event’.

We will always strive to contact customers where delivery dates cannot be met and where a delay is due to be more than 14 consecutive days. All products are dispatched by Piscopo Gardens Ltd. Free Delivery with a minimum spend of €50 or more.
Deliveries are to the ground floor ONLY.
Hi-up or other Vans/equipment used in cases of larger/landscaping deliveries can be provided by Piscopo Gardens Ltd. at an extra charge.
Piscopo Gardens Ltd. is responsible for the transport of goods up to the main entrance of the final delivery destination.
A charge will be incurred for deliveries required beyond the Main entrance of the final delivery destination.
Piscopo Gardens Ltd. declines any responsibility for any damage caused to the product or premises.
Permissions or permits required by Local councils are the responsibility of the client.
Heavy deliveries requiring more than 1 person may come at an extra charge.
If you spend under €50 euro, the following charges may apply:
Between €2.50 to €10.00 (depending on the zone)
A ferry charge may be incurred.
Orders will be prepared and delivered during weekdays only, between 7am and 3pm.
At Piscopo Gardens Ltd. we offer front door/ curbside delivery within 2-5 working days to all products available (depending on the schedule of the day).
We will be in touch with you to organize a delivery date that works for you as soon as possible.
