By using www.piscopogardens.com website (“the website”) you automatically consent to be bound by the herein terms and conditions, as may be amended from time to time, on behalf of yourself and others who use the website under your account. If you do not accept the terms and conditions, then you may not use the website. Your use of any of the website is subject to any additional rules, policies, and terms that apply from time to time.
Availability of goods:
Whilst we aim to supply high quality products with clear and concise guidelines on aftercare, some goods or products may be unavailable, vary from the picture on the website or be offered for a limited time.
Completion of orders:
Orders made through the website are accepted at our sole discretion and are typically accepted if the goods are available and if payment has been received. We make a distinction between plants and non-life items. We will deliver plants as soon as possible or when they are ready for planting.
Delivery:
Delivery dates specified on the website are approximate and can change at our sole discretion. We will always strive to contact you where delivery dates cannot be met and where a delay is due to be more than 14 consecutive days.
Liability:
We do not accept liability for products lost or damaged in transit or once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.
Returns:
Plants are non-exchangeable, non-returnable and non-refundable. If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, (other than plants as outlined above), our Customer Care will gladly accept your items within 15 days of your purchase date for a refund.
All returns are to be made at Piscopo Gardens Ltd., Triq Tony Camilleri Burmarrad, SPB 9063, Malta.
Currently, we can only accept returns for products purchased on piscopogardens.com. Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please expect 10 days from the time we receive your return to when your refund is processed and received. The original delivery costs will not be refunded. For purchases made through the shop, please return to the original place of purchase.
Exchanges:
If you would prefer other items, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange.
Please note: We cannot accept a return (even within 15 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to:
- Items that are returned without including a copy of your purchase receipt.
- Items not in their original condition.
- Items which are used and/or not in their original packaging.
- Items sold at a ‘sale price’ at the time of purchase.
- Instances of abuse of this return policy.
The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Piscopo Gardens Ltd.
Loyalty Scheme:
Our FREE Loyalty card is a virtual card and it is a scheme launched to give our customers additional benefits when shopping at Piscopo Gardens.
You can apply at Customer Care Desk or Cash Desk. The loyalty card works using points (1€ = 100 points). Customers earn points on every purchase they make, which can then be redeemed at any time as you buy or let the points accumulate for that “special purchase”.
Payment:
Payment can be made by Credit Card, Debit Card, BOV Mobile Pay or also by direct Bank transfer.
Payment will be made at the time of purchase. If, for whatever reason there is a problem with payment authorization, a member of our customer care team will contact you for further instruction and information.
Security:
Transactions are made securely through a third party, featuring the latest authentication techniques such as encryption, tokenisation, and real-time fraud screening.
Card details will never be passed through our infrastructure and will never be visible to any internal or external personnel. We will never sell your data and we promise to keep your details as safe as possible.

Changes to website; Amendments:

We may amend any of these terms and conditions at our sole discretion by posting the revised terms on the piscopogardens.com website. Termination:
Your rights under this terms and conditions will automatically terminate without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. In case of such termination, Piscopo Gardens Ltd. may immediately revoke your access to the website. The company’s to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance of these terms and conditions will not constitute a waiver of any of its rights.
Governing law and Jurisdiction:
The parties irrevocably agree that the Courts of Malta shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises in connection with the use of our website “www.piscopogardens.com”
Any dispute or claim arising in connection with it, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Malta.
